Privacy Policy — PKNC Products

PKNC Products (“the app”) is published by the Pak-Korea Nutrition Center (PKNC), University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information.

Summary

The app does not collect, store, or share any personal information. It has no user accounts, no login, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking.

Information the app does NOT collect

• No name, email address, phone number, or contact details.
• No location data.
• No access to your camera, photos, microphone, contacts, or calendar.
• No advertising identifier (IDFA) and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
• No account is created and nothing you do in the app is sent to us.

Information stored only on your device

• Favorites. Products you tap the heart on are saved locally on your device so you can find them again. This list never leaves your device and is removed when you clear favorites or uninstall the app.
• App preferences (such as a remembered filter). Stored locally only.

Network requests

The app loads the PKNC product catalogue (product names, descriptions, prices, images and a contact number) from the PKNC website, https://pkncuaf.com, over HTTPS. These requests send no personal information about you — only standard technical data required to fetch a web resource (for example, your device’s IP address, which the web server sees for any internet request).

Links to other apps and services

The app can open external apps and websites at your request:

• WhatsApp (“Enquire on WhatsApp”) — opens a wa.me link with a pre-filled message about the product. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy then applies.
• Phone, Email, Maps on the Contact screen — opens your device’s dialer, mail app, or Google Maps.
• Website, YouTube, Facebook links — open in your browser or the respective app.
• Share — uses your device’s standard share sheet; you choose where the content goes.

We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party apps and websites.

Children’s privacy

The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new “Last updated” date.
